Louisa Gosling was RWSN chair when I joined the Rural Water Supply Network’s secretariat (RWSN). She was also one of the co-theme leaders of Leave no one behind theme. From our very first interactions, I was impressed with her kindness, wisdom, care for those marginalized. She made me feel very welcomed in the network, and I learned a lot from the months we worked together. She was a mentor, an inspiration, someone we looked up to as a reference in the WASH sector. Her leadership on the leave no one behind theme and on RWSN overall was unparalleled! Even after she stepped down from her roles in the network, she would still follow most of our webinars, events and communications and cheer us on! She was such a champion for rural WASH, inclusivity, accountability, human rights and more! Louisa, your legacy will continue in the network… May her soul rest in peace, and lots of love to the family and friends!
